Lion Consulting was formed in 2012 for the purpose of advising its principal owner, family offices and individuals in investing their liquid assets in promising and exciting ventures globally. The main principal has lived and worked in Japan, China, Hong Kong, USA, Dubai, Mauritius and Luxembourg and has invested in Private Equity opportunities all over the globe including Sub Sahara Africa for the last 20+ years. The firm is active in the fields of corporate governance, strategic advisory and corporate finance and will take on corporate/advisory board positions and selected consulting/ M&A mandates. Primary objective is to ensure transparency and proper governance of its investments in order to create long-term value. Lion Consulting is in close cooperation with partners worldwide to achieve an optimal deal-flow and execution of transactions.
